Sustainable Jet Fuel

Jets use a lot of fuel that is sourced from fossil fuels which can cause a lot of damage to the environment. New technologies have been created to convert alcohol from renewable sources and industrial waste gases to jet/diesel fuel. A PNNL-catalyst can turn renewable and waste derived ethanol into many useful chemicals like fuel.
