Plastic is used in basically everyone’s daily lives, but it is unsustainable and can be detrimental to the environment due to improper disposal and mass production. Researchers have found that cellulose from plants can be used to create a plastic like material that can replace it. The chemical structure of cellulose can be changed to create a new type of bioplastic. This bioplastic combined with hydroplastic can be reshaped in water to easily be reused into many different products.
