Chloe Hughes is a 17-year-old environmental activist and advocate. She became dedicated to preserving the environment as a child. Growing up, Chloe observed how a polluted neighborhood affected its community. She also noticed how pollution negatively affected the nature sites she loved visiting. In order to solve this issue, Chloe started creating new uses for her old cardboard boxes. This passion developed into her early teen years, when Chloe started an environmental preservation group in her local community. She gained inspiration to grow this passion into a larger organization, creating Edugreen. Chloe hopes to lead other students to environmental preservation and activism and develop their passion for helping the environment.
